It is so weird that this is the first Jaci Burton book that I am reviewing on my blog as I have read so many of Burton’s books. Her bio says that she has written 85 books and I have definitely read over half of them. They are like candy. (laugh)
The Matchmaker’s Mistletoe Mission does not go as planned at all. One might think that elves were hiding on the ranch in Oklahoma causing mischief, but this is not that kind of romance (laugh). Instead mother nature piles on the snow and gives love a chance to sneak in the door before piling the snow in front of it.
A matchmaker gets more than she bargains for when chemistry gives her brain a wallop in the form of a good-looking and considerate cowboy. Burton always provides an alpha male to sweep the ladies off their feet and this time is no different. Alice has no idea what has hit her and it is fun to watch.
Burton gives us a delightful holiday romance while giving us crumbs for the kickoff to her new series “Boots and Bouquets”…I can already see the popcorn moments ahead. I cannot wait!
