In the midst of self-isolation I decided to get back on social media. Side benefit: someone might actually read my blog (laugh) – then again maybe not.
This was my first post on Instagram. My current weight. Yup. I did forget to mention that I have lost 40 pounds already, but still. So I did all of the appropriate hashtags. And….now I have to workout. (sigh)
I am fortunate that there are a bunch of free opportunities going on right now and I did not have any food delivered so losing weight should be a breeze.
- Every day at 7:00 p.m. EST Planet Fitness offers free workouts live on Facebook. It has a different host everyday. Pretty Cool.
