Review: Fifth Time’s A Crisis by Laura Greenwood

Save the kittens, rescue my guy, and pass Spells and Incantations – No problem. Ummm…anyone have a plan?

Synopsis:

I thought being cured would solve all my problems, instead, it seems to have made them worse.

With my kittens in trouble, and the threat of black magic users only getting stronger, I have more than enough on my plate.

At least I have my best friend, and my warlocks to lean on for help.4

Laura Greenwood ends the “Grimalkin Academy: Kittens” series with enough twists and anxiety to make every reader happy in Fifth Time’s A Crisis.

Greenwood gives Mona plenty of anxiety throughout the story as more kidnappings occur. Confrontations happen. Secrets are revealed. Yet throughout it all Greenwood ensures that friendship is the glue that holds it all together for Mona and her gang.

I really hope that Greenwood continues with Mona’s story, and an adult reverse harem (ahem) theme, in the future. I do not want to give any spoilers away, but there is an opportunity there.

I received an ARC of this book and I am writing a review without prejudice and voluntarily.

Rating: 4 out of 5.
